4.15 Is there a list of other useful stuff for serving WML contents?

TuxMobil lists several WAP and i-mode Applications for Linux. The (old) Debian package WAP-WML-Tools contains various tools for WML development including a WML bytecode compiler and decompiler.

The old Zygo WAP Tools can be accessed here, the PERL package CGI::WML is also available at CPAN.

The Kannel Gateway also contains a WML compiler.
