Where can I download Microsoft's Mobile Explorer?

The Microsoft Mobile Explorer emulator is not available for download anymore from Microsoft. A copy has been made available, but you might encounter problems running it with Windows XP or another recent Windows version. Microsoft Mobile Explorer Emulator (file is zipped).
